Terms of use

These terms cover Zaplet and this website, provided by TheSpiderDev. Questions can be sent to om.spider.dev@gmail.com. Applicable Apple or Google store terms also apply to your download and purchases.

Playing Zaplet

You may use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not distribute modified versions that misrepresent their source, interfere with services or try to obtain unauthorized access to another person’s information.

A digital circuit lab

Zaplet uses simplified simulations. It is not electrical engineering advice, a certification tool or a guide for building physical circuits. Do not use the game to judge the safety of real electrical equipment. Never experiment with mains electricity or wall sockets.

Ads and optional purchases

The free version may include banners, between-level ads and optional rewarded videos. The one-time Remove Ads purchase removes banners and interstitials and makes extra hints available without watching videos. Price, currency and availability are shown by the app store before you confirm payment. This purchase is not a subscription.

Purchase verification uses RevenueCat and the platform store. Use Restore Purchases with the store account that owns an eligible purchase. Do not assume ownership transfers between Apple and Google store accounts. Purchase restoration does not restore locally saved puzzle progress.

Refund eligibility is determined under the store’s policies and applicable consumer law. You can request help through Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund process.

Local saves and availability

Keep device backups if you want to preserve local progress. Clearing storage, uninstalling or changing devices can remove saved circuits, stars and preferences. We do not promise uninterrupted access to optional online advertising or purchase services. Unavailable ads do not block puzzle progression.

Parents and guardians

Supervise play and purchases as appropriate. Purchases require permission from the person responsible for the store account. Use platform purchase restrictions and family controls where needed.

Content and intellectual property

The game and website include artwork, software and third-party components protected by their respective rights and licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content. Applicable open-source license rights remain unchanged.

Responsibility and your rights

The game and website are offered as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every device or service will work without interruption or error. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
